Beelzebub stands at his post on the corner of Main & Steel, watching as busy Felsenites and foreigners go about their daily business in the great big city. As he stands idle, dull eyes focused upon the Main Street, the dreadful winds of Snow's Maiden begin to rip through his meager uniform tunic. He releases a disgruntled sigh, and light flurries of winter's snow begin to fall upon his head. He tugs at his collar, making sure his skin is protected from the little flakes of snow.

 

Arms folded, shivering in the frigid weather, the Citizen-at-Arms muttered a few words to himself.
