How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?

I’ve been looking for a serious roleplaying community for a long while now. Roleplaying is a big part of my time and it basically fills the void.

What is roleplaying?: To be your own character and to breathe, live, and act as that character.

What is metagaming?: Using information you’ve learned Out Of Character to your own advantage.

What is powergaming?: Flipping on invincibility and forcing your character’s actions unto another’s.

Biography:

   Lagertha grew up in Hanseti to an abusive father. Her mother dying during childbirth, she was the subject of mild beatings and constant arguements. Lagertha’s father would make her do all of the house work while he’d drink rapidly. By age 6, she was already accumulating anger and rage. On Lagertha’s 13th birthday (in which her father had forgotten), she decided enough was enough. A wisp of enragement took her to plunging a sword into her father’s chest, leaving him dead.

   With her father dead, Lagertha raided his wardrobes, foot-chests, and lockboxes for anything she could use to live on her own. After a short search, she had everything. Water, food, clothing and weaponry all packed up in a assortment of belts, pouches and satchels. Lagertha left her home of Hanseti, for a more enlightened part of Vailor. Somewhere she was accepted and not treated like utter dog dung.

   A trip of 5 years led her to deep wilderness, mountains, swamps and various villages, she made her way into the gates of the Cloud Temple. There she waited entry, once granted she entered the magnificent grounds, aweing at the sights it held. There she waited, for the opportune moment to meet the faces of many.
