-17th of The Grand Harvest, 1550.

FELSEN RECRUITMENT ACT

As established by Mayor Mylas La Terre Amant Carrington of the Imperial City of Felsen

With the rise in number of military orders and vassals of His Imperial Majesty, chances rise for factionalism within the Empire.

In efforts to keep the Imperial City of Felsen neutral in all conflicts that may occur within Oren, and to create a safer atmosphere for the burghers of our fair city, the Mayor has seen fit to establish the Felsen Recruitment Act, which prohibits recruitment within the City of Felsen.

PROVISIONS, henceforth:

  • Recruitment to levies of nobility may not occur within the City of Felsen, and its lands
  • Recruitment to military orders may not occur within the City of Felsen, and its lands
  • Recruitment to military guilds unaffiliated with Felsen may not occur within the City of Felsen, and its lands
  • Recruitment to trade, magical, or otherwise non-martial guilds may occur within the City of Felsen and its lands
  • Kha'rajyr are hereby banned from Felsen city limits

PUNISHMENTS, henceforth:

  • Those who fail to follow these provisions shall be fined one-thousand (1000) Minas per occurrence
Edited by Hunwald
Fine increased to 1000.

*Steven looks at the poster, taking note of the rule thoroughly* "It'd be to my advantage if I don't try this at all, for I would never be able to pay off such a fine."

"I really wish that people put more short into obeying the law; after all, you can't fine a Kha if he's dead."

Stephen looks at Steven and frowns, "Muh freedoms..." he mutters under his breath, walking off back to his home in 29 Pines
