The Elevation of Thylsaelaes - 1560

On this day, the Sixth of Malins Welcome in the warmth of 1560, it has been decreed and announced through the lips of the Hierarch himself that the High Elven Bloodline of Thylsaelaes has henceforth been Elevated to join the ranks of its peers in the Governance of The City-State of Celein.

 

It has been decided, through anointment of Kypris Thylsaelaes as Elevated Matriarch of said Bloodline, that all who bare the blood of the Matriarch shall follow in suit of elevation for their acts of undoubted servitude and dedication in the cause of the realm, their assistance in the times of darkened eves and work alongside the defense, to be declared as Lords and Ladies of the Celeinian realm.

 

As enunciated through the words of the Hierarch himself, the following people have found their Blood Elevated:
