“Sa’vi Kharajyr of Xerdali.”

 

“With the new Tlatlanni and Aelkos, it is wished that we uphold a tight and active community. Also remember at least two people may live in the house so it is advised you find somebody to share with you in order to free up housing space for others. Do not be a greddy kha.”

 

“In order to further organise Xerdali every kharajyr is required to fill in the Citizenship Application Form. This to help both us and you, once done seek a member of the Aelkos to obtain a house. Remember you must share with atleast one other.”

Rights and Responsibilities.

• To fight for Xerdali should it come under attack.

• To follow all and every law set by the Tlatlanni.

• Follow Metztli unto death.

• Obey superiors and your Tlatlanni.

• Not to house criminals.

• Not to aid criminals.

 

• The right to voice your concern to the Tlatlanni.

• The right to plan events for your fellow people.

• The right to go where you wish on the island, except from off limit areas such as the moonpool and Tlatlanni quarters.

• The right to take part in public debates.

• The right to protect a kharajyr from another kharajyr who would be causing problems, though never death.
