Notice of Construction and Eviction

From the Offices of the Seneschal, the following orders are hereby enacted:

 

 

• Owners of any and all settlements, including minor homesteads, within Urguan lands are to report to the Seneschal of Urguan should it be believed that their settlement is unregistered for taxation.
•  
• Settlements that fail to register for taxation by nightfall in 5 stone days time ((By Friday at 8est)) will be marked for immediate deconstruction and all possessions seized to accommodate for financial loss to the Grand Kingdom.
•  
• Anyone who had pitched a tent in order to store possessions during the construction of the new capital is asked to please remove these tents by nightfall in 5 stone days time ((By Friday at 8est)) or face seizure of said possessions and a possible fine.
•  
• In light of the recent avalanche having buried the main road to the south of Urguan, a new road is to be mapped out and constructed in the coming days. It is expected that there will soon be a need for the hiring of workers to accomplish this task, see the Seneschal for details.
•  
• The lands of the Grand Kingdom are undergoing extreme internal reconstruction. In order to accomplish this task, it has become necessary to remove many old or abandoned settlements that have devolved into ruin and disrepair. Able-bodied men seeking good pay are to speak with the Seneschal to find jobs aiding in the deconstruction.
•  
• The recent project known as Armakak's Promenade has been completed! Merchants seeking to own shops within the capital of Kal'Isthul are encouraged to seek out the Seneschal in order to rent one of the many new stalls that have been made available.
