Speaking on the inclusion of shields GiantPie even if it does slow down combat you at least have to admit it's a cool idea, I wonder if it's possible for a plugin to be created around making shields viable and fun without completely removing them.

Not to mention that not one country owns "the internet". To think that the case is foolish. Countries can control what kind of traffic comes into the country but they cannot control the internet. There's literally whole laws and seminars in place to discuss the ethics of government control of the internet etc. 

 

The US does not own the internet. Its laws only affect its citizens who use it. 

 

Also Freedom of speech under the US constitution doesn't include hate speech or speech that degrades others in a manner that could be considered harassment or again, hate speech.
