A Deep Sea Fishing Trip

Deep Sea Fishing

 

 

Summoned by the Prime Minister, a crowd of Dwarves mill about the plaza talking amongst themselves. In front of them rests a hearty oaken stage, marked by a short podium. Within minutes, Drynn ascends to the stage, and gazes out over the assembled Dwed. Taking a moment to organize his thoughts, he proceeds.

 

“Kinsmen, I have come to you with joyous news. In accordance with the fishing guild, we have begun to organize a grand fishing exploration of the deeper waters off of our west coast. My delight in this comes from the rumors of great treasures for all participants, and the joy of finding new sea creatures to spear and cook for our hearty meals! This trip will take over a stone week to prepare provisions for, and we are all going to be working together to accomplish this.”

 

Taking out a bound folder Drynn pulls out several sheets of paper, passing them to an assistant.

 

“These will be passed out to you after our meeting for you to sign up for one of the required jobs, or simply to declare your intent to join our great exploration team! I do hope that a great number of you will choose to join us, for it should be a particularly exciting time!”

 

“In regards to donation of materials, storage containers will be placed and appropriately marked next to the pillar of souls within the city, for ease of access. This trip will take place in approximately one and a half stone weeks, so be ready kinsmen!”

 

Fliers are passed out with info and short applications for any who wish to supply materials.
