Defender Default Rewrite (+Feedback Group)

Seeing how I am neither part of any nation, what do I do to join this group? I'd like to add my opinions on many things LotC could improve on. Starting with a lot of the rules which have a huge amount of loopholes in.

I've heard of situations where everyone, both the defenders and the raiding party, have wanted to RP it out. However, they've been stopped because one person insisted that they use PvP because of rules. In those kinds of situations, would it not be possible to equally divide both parties into smaller groups that don't turn into a clusterfuck of emotes, seperate them by ten blocks each, and get them to use /q?

Also, a thing that I lately saw: You should make it that a player needs to react to the latest emote before calling pvp.
