What is roleplaying?: Its like acting in a theatre or a movie. I did respond similarly or same way on my old application if I remember correctly.

What is metagaming?: When you use OOC information or other information your character does not know.

What is power-emoting (powergaming)?: Forcing an action on another person or using godlike powers. Example: knocking someone out with 1 punch.

 

In-Character Information
Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Talon a 20 year olf Elf boy who lived in Laureh'lin is starting his life decisions to try to become a parent. Talon has traveled to Lorraine to live his life at and achieve his ambitions.

Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?) Athletic, Intelligent. Habit: Nice to beautiful girls. Likes: Girls

Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) A parent.

• Your biography is a part where applicants get a chance to introduce the backstory of their characters to the server. The Application Team expects applicants to write two, lengthy paragraphs, clearly stating how their character found themselves arriving at the islands of Axios. Your biography is short and vague. What happened to your character in the past? What events changed them? How did they react to certain things?;
• Your character's aspirations and weaknesses are vague and one-dimensioned. The Application Team encourages applicants to develop their character in more than one way, also beyond physicality. A few examples would be: having a short-temper, being patient, being cold-blooded et cetera;
• Your character's ambitions should be more than being a parent. Is that the sole reason they exist? Nothing other than being a parent?;
• Athletic is not a personality trait;
• Your character's dislikes are not provided, and their likes only consist of "girls". Please be more productive in the two areas;
• You do not have to upload the file of your skin, but it is mandatory. Please use gyazo/imgur or give us a link where we can access it.
