We're a community, not a business. That's the one thing most people like us should emphasize to be frank, however I think it's good most of us are in agreement that something needs to change.

A big issue about staff is, it's rarely leaders in the community who get staff. The reason there is this staff-player disconnect, is because the staff is, in no way, based on the playerbase. GMs should be derived from leaders within the playerbase, not some group of friends who aren't really a face of this community. The staff has been consistently improving so I haven't complained much on the forums, but seriously the staff in no way represents the playerbase.

GMs at the moment are picked for their niceness mainly. Original opinions and challenging attitudes are actively dissuaded in favour of sycophantic cocksucking. There's very little strength in that team.
