Around the Silver State's newest settlement, a noteworthy extract from the scribing of  the most recent council meeting would hang. It'd read as follows:

The meeting's main topics at hand had been presented and concluded by Eltilruiran, at which point I, Eltilruir'indor did rise formally, setting aside this quill that I am now wielding to offer my brethren of Elhieal'thilln the proper respect when speaking. I stated what follows:

 

"My time in Elcihi has been good. The mali'thill are my people and I one of theirs, The Eternal Library (as my Haelun did treat it in her time) had become my second residence during the near two decades of my service there.

However, due to recent developments I come to fear that I am now starting to perceive the sanctuary of maehr as a place of claustrophobia that I may no longer appreciate with comfort and call my own. I would consider my service enacted well, in light of my age - to note myself the youngest mal in history to obtain the mantle of Tilruir'indor - of course such does not excuse any failings of my political career, as they are entirely my own.

For the sake of my own hiylun'ehya it is with reluctance that I say that this shall be the last meeting that I attend, and that this is indeed my resignation."

 

The rest of the meeting's documentation is within the grasp of Eltilruir'mali, whom may release or withheld its contents at the discretion of Elsohaer - though this I have deemed necessary for the people's general knowledge that the position of Tilruir'indor stands open and any whom wish to succeed me would to well to speak with Elsohaer with their intentions. It has been with great honour that I have preserved the Maehr of our people in the footsteps of Elmaheral and I offer this Ahernan for the opportunity granted to me in my youth.
