Soulstone Pillars Are STILL Broken

I made a thread about this almost a month ago and it was moved to completed support even though the issue was neither addressed nor fixed. Can we get SOMETHING in regards to when this will be fixed??? And why it's broken in the first place???

Certain places are gifted with emerald soul stone pillars while they wait for redstone soulstone pillars to be fixed, maybe ask a Game Moderator to set you up?

and before anyone says something about mojang, it was made so that any player could make an ss and it would rank up over time with how many people it could hold 

this worked at the start of the map, I saw player made ss pillars all over and the ones placed back then still work 

but now suddenly you can't imbue any new pillar

Just make it so you have to pay minas for one or each player can only make one.
