A letter to the Silver Council would contain the following happy proposal.

Proposal Title: Tilruir'ento Proposal

When council members are not around, it can be difficult to get certain tasks done in the city. From building permits, to getting access through numerous locked doors, to setting up shops, to developing the city, it is taxing for Tilruir to keep up with, and there are long stretches of the week when they are unavailable. It is understandably a lot of work. They have lives too; perhaps we can help them.

I propose a solution to help them: New council positions called the Tilruir'ento, the next in command. There would be one for each council position.  Think of them as the person to go to in case their primary Tilruir is out.

The names of the second-in-commands are as follows:

  • Tilruir'mali - Tilruir'mali'ento
  • Tilruir'indor, Tilruir'indor'ento
  • Tilruir'tir - Tilruir'tir'ento
  • Tilruir'nor - Tilruir'nor'ento
  • ect.

Each council member would have a second in command.  The second-in-command should only attend council meetings if the primary Tilruir is unavailable. A Tilruir may replace their Tilruir'ento at any time for good reason. Furthermore, if there is reason for a specific council position to be left out of this proposal, make a note 'accept with amendments'. This should help with those times that the city is empty.

We can always undo this proposal later if it hinders progress and health.

accept: ___

decline: ___

accept with friendly amendments: ____

Specific details most can skip over:

Spoiler
  • Each Tilruir'ento will gain access to all of the keys/regions/doors/chests/rooms that their respective Tilruir has access to, except personal items.
    • ((this means adding them as /rg owner if their parent Tilruir is an /rg owner))
  • When a citizen wishes to sign up to work in the tavern, but there are no public officials around, then the Tilruir'nor'ento can provide access to work in the tavern.
  • When a citizen wishes to work in the fields but they lack access to pick-axes and storage, then the Tilruir'nor'ento can provide access to work in the fields.
  • When a citizen wishes to obtain a laboratory but no official is around to help them, then the Tilruir'indor'ento can provide access to the laboratories.
  • When a citizen wishes to build a fountain to beautify the city but they lack the permission on where to build, the Tilruir'leyun'ento can assist with where to place it.
  • When a citizen wishes to set up a shop or trade resources with the surrounding nations, The Tilruir'lliran'ento can assist.
  • When the donation chest next to the mines is at maximum capacity and citizens cannot donate anymore because the city is not providing storage, a Tilruir'ento can assist with storing those resources, or using those donated resources to build, which were previously sitting in the donation chest unused for months.
  • ect.

Sin'tril clears his throat and then speaks clearly and loud

"This is an interesting proposal and the Tilruir's could certainly at times need some help"

"However I find the number of proposed ento's too large. Certain positions within the council could certainly need help, but other positions would not require an ento. Furthermore, I am worried that having so many council "members" would be very confusing to the general public. It is already hard enough to remember the names of the different members of the council, doubling that number would create chaos. Also, I would not want to live in a city where half of the citizens are Tilruir's, but that is just my personal opinion."

"I propose having a fixed number of ento's, i would say a maximum of 3, that serve the purpose of being able to handle any task set by the council members and help them manage their positions in times with much work."

"You could always just put a board up with all the current members and their titles." Ruvaen would comment.
