Magic Licences Sanctioned by Court Magos Cosi Xivilas and Court Magos Farron Ipos, authorized by Primarch Dak’ir Des’Nox Magic is volatile; it is a potent craft that must be handled with care and nurtured, not a matter to be abused or practiced thoughtlessly. To maintain the safety and integrity of the civil populace within Ker’nor and of the mali’ker people it has been decreed that to practice lawful magic within the enclave registered citizens must now file an application to request an official magic licence to be approved by the Court Magi who may call for an interview following an application’s review. All members of the Oynx Council are authorized to inspect magic licences to verify their authenticity and may call for the revoke of magic licences at any time to which the Court Magi rescind the document. Those who practice any magic without a licence approving its usage by a given person are subject to criminal labels and criminal punishments. There is no licence price past ink and paper. Those with already approved licences who wish to add magics to their official repertoire may ask a Court Magi to amend their licence. Should a licence be lost a new application must be submitted in order to obtain a new licence. Those with pending applications mustn’t practice their magic until they have received an approval notice from a Court Magos along with their officiated licence. Examples of grounds for denial list from non-citizens applying (residence is not required), criminal activity with practitioners, unfavorable magic use with practitioners, or unfavorable history with practitioners. Licences follow the format below and should be submitted to the office of the Tower of the Court Magi; persons who apply for a licence may submit applications via public post [[forum reply to this thread]], office box [[forum / Skype PM]], or in person to one of the Court Magi [[in-game RP in book form]].
