Tagged about Oren streets would be pamphlets. Written in scribbled handwriting, it would read:

Whoever should offer him the lowest price of their services will gain the contract as well as the rights to a portion of the goods found. A ship shall be provided.

Damai would see the notice as he passed through Oren, he examined it quite carefully before an idea sparked in his head. He'd send a letter to the person stated. "Dear Sally the secretary, I would like to volunteer the Sirame men in this venture, as we could use our skills to track down the missing shipment"

We can bring our own diving helms and the like."
