While I sympathize with the attempts to make the server kid friendly as I myself have toned down on my own vilgarity, it's all in vain. We're a PG13 server but the youth these days have more and easier access to things worse than "ass to mouth". I've heard worse from a lot of popular streamers the young demographic worships as their gods. 

 

My only regret is I defended guck's leviticus1822 not for what the bible verse stands for, but because guck is an atheist dog (unbeknownst to me) and his intentions were to just be a cuckold. But Jason went unbanned for ~20 days and plenty of people, staff included, have seen his username. If the staff believes potty humor warrants a ban then perhaps the staff should start enforcing the same guidelines upon everybody. If more senior GMs didn't act on this, why act on it now? 

 

I have difficulty respecting verdicts such as this when many of those on the staff find the ban unwarranted. I understand a GM's work is volunteer but I wish the upper staff was more professional, regardless of the verdict.

Wasn't that Whimsys name for 1 day - and it was that because their account got hacked? Nevertheless if there's something clearly stated in the rules that isn't allowed, and you go about doing said thing in the rules, I wouldn't be surprised if you get banned tbh.

if mc names being 'vulgar' or 'inflammatory' aren't allowed, then why is swearing or using vulgar language in roleplay allowed? both expose a party to the word, one is just floating above their head and doesn't matter. banning someone who was a: in the middle of roleplaying and b: roleplays is stupid when much worse is said in game.
