How to Get a Pet Phoenix

Hi, I have kind of a strange question. My character Cedric has always wanted a pet phoenix, so what are the means of getting one? Is having a pet phoenix even possible on the server? Thanks for the help in advance :)

Ask around, though it is a rare creature and usually only druids have been seen with them.

Yeah, technically it is possible. But only 12 Phoenix's can exist at the same time and they choose their masters rather than their masters choosing them.

they are currently being fixed up, one of the people in charge of the original lore is dealing with the placement of the phonixes. You will have to wait for their post

Who are they and what post should I look for from them? Can people start with a phoenix once they are successfully placed? If they can, I would REALLY want one

Bud, phoenix's arent pets and cannot become pets. As far as I know, the most they do is stick around fora short while then leave. I've been on LOTC near two years hoping for a phoenix event and not one has happened :c
