A letter penned by hand and bound with the seal of the Citadel of Arcadia is carried out to the all Clan Fathers. Upon breaking the seal and unraveling the scroll, the message would read as follows.

 

"Penned on this day, 7th of Sun's Smile, 1588, at the word of The Council of Arcadia and by the hand of Dagor Irongrinder, the following summons is issued:

 

Long has it been since the Senate of Hammers has gathered to discuss the state of our great nation and many cycles have come and gone without review of our government and the pillars upon which it stands. As such, it falls upon the duty of any one member of the senate to call for such a gathering. Although the presence of all is acceptable at such a gathering, it must also be known that the members of popular clans are the only holders of senate positions. As such, it is recognized that the following clans should send senate representatives to this meeting:

 

Irongrinder

Ireheart

Grandaxe

Frostbeard

Irongut

Treebeard

Doomforged

 

For the sake of hasty action by the Senate of Hammers, the meeting will be held later this stone day in at the Citadel of Arcadia. As stated previously, all are welcome but only those of senatorial position may speak on the matters unless otherwise addressed to speak."

 

The bottom of the page is stamped with the seal of Clan Irongrinder beside the signature of Zahrer Irongrinder.
