Order of Urguanite Regency

 

Following the Senate congregates ⅘ majority vote, the Dwed known as Torvin Grandaxe has been discharged from his role as Grand King. It fell upon the Senate to choose their regent for the coming term, whom unanimously agreed to turn to an old and trusted Dwed with much experience, Hogarth Irongut. Furthermore, the election of the new King will be delayed in order to facilitate slight reform and to allow the Senate to focus on the foreign issues at hand.

 

With the absence of a King and the void of his courtiers in the high council, Regent Hogarth has opted to appoint Jorik Grandaxe and Dagor Starbreaker as Grand Marshal and Seneschal respectively. Although this is a troubling time, we the representatives of the Grand Kingdom, see this as an optimum opportunity for progressive reform in many aspects of the Kingdom and feel strongly that we have made the right decision in regards to our political, social and economic well being.
