There comes a time when every civilization begins to understand the impact that they can have on the world around them through influence in politics and influence on the natural world.

After cutting much of the forest to build up their tents, the Warhawkes began to realize the effect that they’d had. Their actions had impacted the scents and the wind of the area. The wildlife had been disturbed. Squirrels were left homeless. The birds had lost their nests. The bokolo had lost the shade of the tree canopies to rest under.

This is why the Warhawkes gathered together to formally establish a national park within their walls.

It is on this same day that Leyu’celia and her people appoint Mareisha Torena as caretaker of the park and the bokolo within it.

------

Mareisha plonked herself on her brand new bed, opening up the letter she received from

Ereinion Taloha, reading it aloud under her breath. Once she finished reading the letter,

she smiled, grabbing some parchment and a quill, she wrote  back:

"Dear Ereinion, I recently had a letter from you concerning the role of Tal'Ame,

to be the caretaker of the national park.

I would like to notify you that I graciously accept this position,

I know it will suit me as I adore working with animals and making sure they

are well.

Thank you for contacting me about this, I hope we confer one day"

- Mareisha Torena on the 9th of the Grand Harvest, 1598
