Zhulik 3559 Share Posted February 20, 2017 THE WEST-HARIAN NON-AGGRESSION PACT, 1599 Issued and Confirmed by His Majesty the King of the Westerlands Leopold I Francis and His Grace the Sultan of Haria Arlen Kharadeen, 7th of The Amber Cold, 1599 Drafted by His Highness Caius, Crown Prince of the Westerlands, and Safeer Nasser Kaneen, Royal Emissary of Haria, on the 7th of The Amber Cold, 1599 TO ALL DENIZENS OF AXIOS, As new bonds are formed following the fall of the Fifth Orenian Empire, The Sultanate of Haria and The Kingdom of the Westerlands have thusly discovered that both states share similar values. These values include that of non aggression, neutrality, the free market, nationalism, and the elimination of necrotics. The purpose of this treaty is to promote a blossoming friendship between these two states and to better the isles as a whole to defend against the unholy, and undead, threat. THE TERMS OF NON-AGGRESSION: ☩ The Sultanate of Haria shall not infringe upon the internal/external disputes involving that of the sovereignty of the Westerlands. ☩ The Kingdom of the Westerlands shall not infringe upon the internal/external disputes involving that of the Harian Sultanate sovereignty. ☩ The basic abiding by the Non-Aggression Principle and ensuring non aggression between the two states people. ☩ Should a signatory break the Non-Aggression Principle, the defending state may initially retaliate through any means necessary. Don’t tread on me! ☩ Should any form of martial, or civil aid between these states be requested against necrotic beings, boots shall hit the ground, with mutual aid offered to defeat the unholy threat. ☩ Should a crime be perpetrated by non-military personnel in either state, said victim state will have the authority to request an extradition. Failure to comply would be considered a breach of the treaty. I.E, a harian civilian publically defecates in the streets of Bastion, the Western Government holds the authority by this treaty to request their extradition. ☩ An embassy will be established in the capital of both Signatory’s capitals. ☩ A tin can hotline shall be established directly between that of al-Khaleed and Bastion for swift notifications and discussions between both nations. ☩ The delegation of a royal hotline engineer from both states to ensure the upkeep of the tin can hotline. ☩ Open trade between the two states will be established with the clear consent of fostering a free and priorist market. ☩ Expeditionaries from the Westerlands will be given the ability to restock and recuperate within the capital city of al-Khaleed. ☩ Expeditionaries from the Sultanate of Haria will be given the ability to restock and recuperate within the capital city of Bastion.
