By decree of the Silver Council of Haelun'or the Citizen Archives of both First and Second Class Citizens have been scrubbed, to be refilled anew. This has been done in order to separate the chaff that has built up from decades of mismanagement. The Silver Council would like to apologize for the inconvenience, but must iterate that this is for the safety of its citizens and the maintenance of maehr'sae hiylun'ehya.

 

Those who wish to regain their citizenship-- and therefore the ability to make full use of the facilities and services of Taliyna'siol-- may speak to Okarir'mali Galanthil Maehrindor or Medi'ir Ralnor Kelyarus and request the necessary documents.
