The remaining were mostly elves, making up more than half of this portion. Dwarves got a boost in popularity and at least each race was represented this month. No forest dwarves this month and most orcs appear to be goblins. The majority of humans chose a subrace, through not much more than half. Amongst the human subraces - farfolk was clearly the least popular. Elvish subraces were quite balanced this month - an equal number (almost) of accepted applicants choosing each subrace. Figure a1. In march almost ¾ of applications were accepted either immediately or after being placed on pending. Again, only a small proportion of those put on pending were actually denied. Figure b. In March we see essentially the same distribution of timezones as in February - mostly concentrated in the American time zone with a nice proportion of europeans. Once again, barely anyone accepted from the Austral-asian area. Figure c. Distribution of accepted player timezones (n=70). Team Data As the team size was of 12 non-managerial members this month, the quota was set at 5% to ensure at least 60% of applications were covered by quota. As can be seen, the team members with the most contributions were Vaynth, Pieman and Jandy (once again). It was a bit of a slow month this week - but there were enough applications to go around. This month, only Jlyoko and Goldensaint2 were unable to complete quota. Due to this, they have been warned and we hope to see an improvement in their activity next month. It must be considered however, that there is a bit of competition for apps with so many people on the team. Fireheart will be leaving the team for a break due to personal reasons, we hope to see him back soon. Team Projects This month, progress was made on projects started by the managers last month - it is most likely that these will be completed by the end of April. See the February Log for a quick summary of what the projects are and who is leading them. As well as this, Rella101 has created a discord server expressly for new and applying members to be able to interact with racial and settlement leaders - and to essentially assist them onto the server and into RP.
