Profile Picture Error

So, everytime I try to upload a photo that I want in my profile picture, I keep getting this error and it doesn't let me upload.

 

I don't know if it's something wrong with the photos or something wrong with the website.

They're all .gifs, mostly because I want a gif profile picture.

 

Also, where do I go to fix the thing above my picture

Try uploading it to imgur then importing it as an URL
