Civil violations are arranged in tiers with fines or punishments suited to the tier. As of the 12th of The Amber Cold, 1609, there are 3 tiers, Copper, Coal and Crimson. Copper is to be met with a minor fine and the equipment of the offender is to be locked away until the fine is paid. Failure to pay will result in liquidation of confiscated goods 3 Cycles after their acquisition. Coal is for repeat offenders and will result in physical labor or imprisonment to suit the crime. Finally, Crimson, is a violation punishable by death.

Prior to all fines and punishments trial will be held between the offender and the Lord or a direct extension of the Lord’s will.
