We've already compiled the main points mentioned across this thread, along with the ones Wolfkite and Onslaughted made, so we're hoping to bring you guys some new rule proposals for you guys to view and possibly vote on before we make them actual rules.

Stop using infertility as an excuse because people are going to play that race nonetheless. The Races that gain the most people the quickest would likely be Elves and Humans anyway.

Raid rules are dumb and I'm one of those filthy RP non-PVPing trash. Really, the raiding cooldown was created to stop players from using Raids to attack a playerbase OOC. That is not and should not ever be tolerated. Not only is it shitty, but making RP decisions to Raid because you OOCly hate someone is metagaming. Yes, that's right, metagaming can be decisions just as much as knowledge. 

 

Anyway, so I'm chill with a group not launching eight raids in a single day, but no raids happen ever. Anyway, I think raids should be defined as a foreign characters launching an attack on the settlement or citizens proper. Nothing else should count. Raids shouldn't be bigger than eight and should not occur more than once a day or two.
