Dearest citizens of Axios I, Sheikh Limpy Tardly, have lived a long and joyful life and now wish to spread this joy upon all of you. For years my family and I have held many delightful social affairs for all races and cultures. Some of you may remember the exuberant parties of Whale Island, I know I will never forget such simpler times.
