During the High Noon, Donovan Ruric stumbles towards the throne barely keeping his balance as confusion and exhaust sweep him. He reaches out leaning upon the thrones arm taking in deep breathes as he pulls a quill and scroll close to him staring at the blank page with a shaky hand. He reaches atop his head pulling the Ashwood Crown signifying his Kingly status and placed it in the middle of the throne. Donovan’s breathing begins to grow shaky as he attempts to stabilize his hand to write in a decent fashion. He scribbles the quill onto the paper as he beads his eyes focusing on the comprehension and readability of the text

β€œAs each day passes cousin a heat blazes through my body and strikes me with an extreme exhaustion. A Steward and Cleric attending to me have informed me that I have succumbed to miners fever. It is unfortunate that it was not expected and i must keep this letter rather short. The enemies of our land have dispersed and the prosperity of the people and our houses has appeared in the palm. For so long has our family been troubled with the lives and goals of others helping us along the way, but these times mark a new era for our people.

I could trust no one better to leave the crown to than you Artyom, the King before I. All I can do is await the day I open my eyes to the revival of our war torn lands and serve our name and King as best as I can.. As I begin to rest my fatigued body, I will have all of my funds and claims of the lands transferred to you.”
