As for pay, we will discuss this with the baron of the village however you will be allowed to keep a large majority of your produce as long as you work fairly. If you take on this role, you will be asked to fight for the Flag of Reims if it is ever raided. Failure to do so will result in banishment. Failure to reach a certain regime of crops will result in pay loss and if it continues action will take place. If you wish to take on this job, send a bird to the Owner of the Farm Naxos Promfrey.
