Fimlin 1997 Share Posted July 25, 2017 DWEDKIND'S STRENGTH Dwarves have always stood out from the other descendant races by being overachievers, living life to the fullest, and creating many progeny. But what does being a dwarf mean? Being a dwarf means you are superior to the other descendants. Now why must this be? Why do the descendants of Urguan triumph where others have failed? Kal’Agnar, Circa 1489 Dwarves achieve great things, overcoming the intent of Iblees’ curse, which was to doom our kind to never be satisfied with our success. Meanwhile the other races have not found a solution to their problems and are jealous of the dwarven race. Dwedkind perseveres until the end in their endeavours. Dwarven forces charge out of Kal’Omith repelling a Mardonic Raid, circa 1590 Dwarves stray less from the path of righteousness and glory then the other descendants. Orenian peasants allow gay marriage and plot to uproot Urguan with serpentine coalitions. Humans rape, pillage, and murder. Humans are often consumed by their own greed, fueling their wars and lives on revenge and hatred. Dwedkind is righteous in their cause. The Dwarven Legion rallies to fight in the Battle of the Gorge, 1596 Dwarves stay united when they are shown the peril of destruction. With the reformation of our Grand Kingdom many nations that once sought to destroy each other have joined as one. Those of all races, all creeds, joined together against the empire. Dwedkind unites when shown that unification leads to peace and prosperity. Mines of Kal’Omith, circa 1600 Dwarves stay alive no matter what. Despite many years of fractured clans and hatred between fellow dwarves, and oppression from outside races such as during the 2nd Oren-Dwarf war, Dwarves have always survived. Dwedkind continues onwards no matter the odds. Ulhart Grandaxe charges a Norlandic raiding party upon his mighty steed “Rondothand”, circa 1609 When the twisted forces of the night and degenerates seek to destroy Dwedkind, where do the dissenters and rebels who do not want free and prosperous world grovel to? Formless empires who should have naught concern in others conflicts, undead, and those who still seek to uproot and eradicate Dwedkind out of hatred and jealousy.
