"The Mapleshire Election Results!

If any of you halflings recall, we held an election back in Mapleshire and Axios. In my free time during the long boat ride here, I've tallied up these votes for us.

Mayor Results

Madeline Applefoot (me) had 4 votes for Mayor

Lirro had 2 votes for Mayor

Mongo had 1 vote for Mayor

Sheriff Results

Wimpy had 4 votes for Sheriff

Carolina had 2 votes for Sheriff

Madeline Applefoot (me) had 1 vote for Sheriff

From these results, it appears that I will be the Mayor of this new village, and Wimpy will be it's Sheriff

Madeline Applefoot would look over her own work "Darn, ah fergo' tha' t'is was ah Eldah 'n Sheriff Elec'ion 'n no' ah Mayor 'n Sheriff elec'ion..." She'd then shrug, tossing the paper aside "Oh well, ah guess t'a roles o' Eldah 'n t'a role o' Major can coexis'."

The news of the Halfling election makes it's way to the ears of Lotte Baptiste, nefariously infamous Illatian mastermind and entrepenuer. He'd nod, looking over the extremely lobsided tallies. "Heh," he'd begin, "I bet's my ol' pal Falk had somethin' t' say to them vote tallyer's, 'e did's!" He'd then give a wink and a nod to his greedy, sheqlim-loving friend.
