Also known as The Belvitz Guard

Introduction
 

The Montfort Retinue is the personal armed retinue of House of Montfort. Currently, the Montfort Retinue is contracted by the Republic of Vrakai to perform law enforcement in the town of Belvitz and the area around the (Whispering) Crossroads.

The Montfort Retinue is a guard force that is mostly aimed at providing qualitative and enjoyable RP within the town of Belvitz and the Crossroads. Retainers are encouraged to engage in conversations and roleplay rather than quickly handle crime and disorder. It thus speaks for itself that the retinue puts less emphasis on pvp and rather on providing a a fun and qualitative RP experience to the visitors of Belvitz.

Hierarchy
 

As of yet, the retinue has a rather simple hierarchy. Newcomers begin as recruits and may achieve the rank of footman after they have shown they are capable. Experience footmen may rank up to Serjeants, who discipline and lead other footmen. And lastly a serjeant may rank up to become a captain, who leads the entire retinue. All retainers take orders from the adult members of House Montfort. In due time, as the retinue expands, so will the hierarchy.

Join the retinue!
 

Able bodied and sharp minded men seeking to join the retinue / guard should seek out any member of the House of Montfort; preferably Ludovico; or another retainer in the town of Belvitz. A face to face interview will be held in order to properly screen potential recruits.
