A Mayoral Endorsement

 

‘City of Cyrilsburg a month after the First Mayoral Election’

 

The Mayor, Ser Sylvester III,  would step on top of the crate looking at his fellow Curonians.

 

"People of Curon, as we all know my term has come to an end. So, with this, I say to you that I have made my decision of the who I will fully support, and that’d be my Deputy Mayor Veres Draskovits as he has helped me provide people with houses, and helped create a strong team for the Cyrilsburg Municipal Government for our people. Thus I ask those who supported me if they wish or chose to support Veres on his journey, and his path for Mayor."

 

"Stephanos, you speak as if we didn’t do anything for this nation to persuade voters, and I find it pretty pathetic.. many people in Cyrilsburg know we have offices as well and have tried to put as many people in houses as much as possible, so I beg of you learn more about what's going on in the city first before running."

 

"Now, at the end of the election, and end of my term I shall make a document of approval of the newly elected Mayor. Thank you."

 

Ser Sylvester III would wave at the people before stepping off the crate walking back into his office.

The city is in a bad shape, the guard are not doing their duties and if they do, they always let inside bandits who seek to kill and plunder our good citizens." Stephanos answers to Sylvester III since he was in the small gathering

"It's a shame that you don't understand that isn't my problem that we have bandits it's the Marshalls fault. If you have a problem with our military then join it yourself, and get it into gear then, sir." Ser Sylvester III would reply back

"You mention that you have guards yet you didn't rally when we were raided by Reantus, nor have you rallied for anything besides little things that involve yourself. Plus if you have 'more' guards than us then do your duty as a Baron and rally them up to help the people. If you're gonna run as Deputy you gotta be able to try to protect, and father."  Ser Sylvester III would reply to Thomas.

"I wasn't with you when you were being raided, by Renatus. And last time I checked it was always my guards trying to help the single Curonic guard trying to stop a fight in the tavern for example" Thomas would reply to Sylvestre

Magnus Pipes in, speaking to Thomas "Perhaps the guard force lacks because of the disorganized leadership, not mayoral office, I am thinking about dropping out of the race to fix up our Brigade, Keep this in mind. Your guard force protects people in tents who are rarely in said tents, and you seem to disrespect the current nation that you follow; if you intend to keep disregarding the graces the Prince has given you I personally will smash your skull in" He twists his metallic hand around, and tightens the screws that keep it in place.
