Requesting Tile Negation

Needed some lighthearted things to work on. I understand that this area is close to Resource Island and such, however there are freebuilds around it, likely in spaces where this tile was at exactly didn't cover them. However some new dynamics in roleplay are viable, I'm here seeing if I can politely request the tiles;

Are either removed or in the very least, allow any player to alter it, as there is a playergroup of about twenty or so folks willing to make that specific area active again. If this is not plausible, then I apologize for wasting your time. Have a wonderful night.

yeah sadly they wont do it.......... we arnt even allowed to build our wall correctly because we cant build on the road....its alright though you will find a freebuild on atlas! there is THOUSANDS dono if thats a good thing but good luck!
