Within Arberrang, workers begin shoveling heaps of snow from the market square, and in the newly-made clearing the Gallic Clan once again steps out from under their rock of obscurity. In friendly ports, monk-sanctioned trading posts and anywhere in the Cloud Temple the groundskeepers will allow it, posters are erected bearing good news for merchants, craftsmen and curious travelers:

The great ‘oh no, a big blizzard is threatening to ruin our stocks’  trade fair! Come all ye newly-minted merchants, welcome ye allies and old friends, come round for a great coalition of mercantile just south of Haense, within the cozy village of Arberrang. You’ll know you’re there when you hit a lul in the supernatural blizzard; A place where sun may shine through the blanket of clouds.

 

ALL ARE WELCOME TO BUY OR SELL: During the festival, there will be free trade. Merchants are welcome to come peddle their wares, you need only bring your own station ( a few carpets and a donation chest are recommended, old Quavinir style ) and clean it up afterwards – Free of any fees or licenses! If you wish to erect an official stall or tent, speak to the Elders of Arberrang to discuss arrangements.

Restrictions may apply to illicit services, including but not limited to the smuggling of narcotics, trade of slaves, and soliciting clandestine activities.

 

The trade fair will be held in six seeds; Come browse and trade!
