The Second Battle of Upper Rodenburg.

“Fifteen seconds!” yelped Martinus as he addressed the men with a smug look plastered over his visage, “That's all it took to butcher them this time - a speed run!”.

The dangerous group of Fennic soldiers and farm-hands had already managed to kill an entire pair of soldiers before being caught by the Renatian army, daring to run directly outside the gates of Helena. Their attempt at taunting the men of the Renatium Imperium was doomed to fail, however, as the brave Prince Martinus sallied out with the soldiers.

The group of Marnanite sympathisers instantly turned to flee, turning tail and tripping over their own feet in their maddened attempt to escape the waved swords and spears of the racing mob. Over the long leagues of pursuit one by one the band of unruly and unskilled warriors fell, two being slaughtered by the bridge and plenty more as their host neared the gates of Haense. As the gates fell to a horrible crunch - protecting the sweating and fearful soldiers whom had managed to escape the Renatian hordes - a single Haensetic was trapped outside. With an awful, horrified scream, he was cut down by the angry Knights.

“Grievance Ninety-Eight!” Whooped one eager soldier at the ending of the battle to the cheers of his comrades, relishing in the deaths of their enemies.

Clive smirks from afar, bound in a wheelchair.

“Huh?” asked Farmer Dave. “This didn’t happen at all, you killed 2 people who got stuck in the dirt through unnatural forces.”

((Lol, it was like a 7 v 25 as players continously joined after pvp was already called, pvp was then mysteriously called off as soon as we got to haense, you killed 2 maybe 3 of the 7 people who were there. I appreciate you want to gloat about your victories to boost your morale but try writing something truthful. I wonder how long it is until Anisgar or Ivoryyy_ makes another wiki post for this little fight.))

”Ah yes, I remember them running away like cowards, not even trying to fight us!” Said Ser Aldis Chase as he wiped the blood off his blade, content with yet another victory for the Imperium Renatum!

“Like you at Fort Loche?” asked Zachery.

“Renatium Imperium? They misspell their own name more and more creatively each and every time.” remarked Tylos

William Jrent had charged forth on that eve, been just close enough to the front to see Martinus Horen slay one among the rebel mob in but two strokes of his sword. He had charged forth in time to see the swarming animals trample upon themselves in abject terror, screaming as they died at the glistening blades of the Renatians.

“Ave Horen, Ave Renatus!” he had shouted, slashing at a rebel even as a cavalier removed that enemy’s head. Through his mind, though, ran a question.

How did they have the confidence to rebel when this was all they could muster?
