As most of the humans of the realm turned against us, allying bloodthirsty ‘fenn to subverse the silver, the Blessed Citizenry successfully rose to their duty and fended off the threat. We stand today, confident in our ability and reassured of our sovereignty. With the war ending, new projects and endeavours can take root. It is now we, the Diarchy, look to you again. Out of the people come prosperity, come progress and come health. The Blessed Citizenry is summoned to the Silver Citadel, to voice their concerns, grievances and ideas directly to the Diarchy and the Okariran present. We ask you to prepare a short list, be it only a couple of points, to present to us. It is you, Cherished Child, who have the ability to save, sharpen and advance the Silver State. He would withdraw a notebook from a shelf, placing it down upon his desk before beginning to scrawl onto a page several thoughts and ideas to hopefully discuss at this most wonderful gathering. He would finish, commenting to himself “Thank Larihei – finally, some peace and respite from such terrible matters as warfare, no longer shall ‘thill blood need to be spilled in such quantities.
