Dearly beloved brethren,

 

It is the will of His Holiness to convene a general council of all the Church for the purposes of codifying a true, erudite, and whole index of Canon law. As it stands, the law of the Church goes without proper knowledge by Her own shepherds; this is folly, and damaging to Her Divine mandate. 

 

In the compilation of documents bearing legal force within the Church are ancient bulls, councils, decretals, local councils, bishop’s edicts, as well as mandates by secular kings: these must be sifted through with virtuous diligence to uproot the bad and strengthen the good.

 

This first session of the general council of the Church, bearing with it a mandate from On High, shall review firstly this following list of documents, of varied nature. That which is approved shall be compiled within the lexicon canonicum, the supreme regulatory law of the Church, Her shepherds, and Her faithful.

The first session of this general council is to be convened during the month of Horen’s Calling, 1724, in the City of Ves, the Palais Varoche.

 

The following parties are called for attendance:

  • THE DIOCESE OF AVALAIN, AND ALL HER CLERGY
  • THE DIOCESE OF PEMBROKE, AND ALL HER CLERGY
• THE ARCHDIOCESE OF JORENUS, AND ALL HER CLERGY
  • THE DIOCESE OF REZA, AND ALL HER CLERGY
  • THE DIOCESE OF LEUVEN, AND ALL HER CLERGY
• THE DIOCESE OF RHODESIA, AND ALL HER CLERGY
• THE DIOCESE OF VILLAVIA, AND ALL HER CLERGY
• THE PRIOR OF THE ORDER OF ST. JUDE, AND ALL HIS BRETHREN
• THE ESTEEMED CURIA OF THE CHURCH
• THE HOLY SYNOD OF THE CHURCH

Beneath the convocation is the Papal bulla of High Pontiff Daniel VI, sealing its authenticity.
