1. Be mod manager
2. Have VIP permissions for /skin and set skins
3. Quit being mod manager and lose permissions
4. Be unable to remove the skin from the slot and cry

**Expected Behavior**

The access to the command to remove the skin from the slot

**Actual Behavior**

No permission
