The Last Rex of Krugmar

Brief Biography of Albert Myre, the pub land-lord.

ALBERT Myre, the Imperial publican and bar-business proprietor and one-time darling of the Imperial army, stood as the last Rex of the fallen Orcish kingdom known as Krugmar, a provincial war-state whose suzerainship fell into the man’s hands under circumstances most obscure.

Myre was a well-known figure in the Imperial pub circuit and began his career in the Helena Gunners of the Imperial army before retiring following the siege of Krug.

On returning from battle, the then-disgraced Rex of Krugmar did insist the man, still clad in his uniform, slay him. Myre, a man of imperial stock and patriotic compass, did such. The title of Rex, by the Orcish tradition, then passed onto Myre.

During his two years of tyrannical rule as Rex, Myre poured hundreds of pints and set the record for bulls-eyes hit concurrently at the game of pub-darts, numbering four.

Rex Myre, who was a Canonist, retired to civilian work before finally settling in Belvitzia, Hel, where he led a relatively comfortable life.

Despite his evident success, he was seen as a rather dim character by Imperial officials, who later removed his ownership of his pub through eminent domain.

His obituary read the following;

           Albert E. Myre, Junior Senator of Helena. He drunk himself to misery after the loss of his business, and drowned after a slip and fall into the canal. He died at 24.

By right of Orcish traditional successionary law, the title passes due to the city due to the canals of Helena being the causative factor of the death of Rex Myre in the midst of his drunken reveries.

He will be missed.

((You're thinking of Garrdum’Raguk and not Leydluk, mate. He was never rex, what you  killed was my previous character. Glad  I handled myself so well that you thought I was the rex, however, means I'll do a good job this time ))
