Va Birodeo Herzenav ag Edlervik,

It has come to the attention of the Crown that vassals have begun mass renovations and reconstruction of their holdings, which are important not only to the defense of the Kingdom but also to the preservation of Haeseni architecture, without any consultation from the Crown.

Therefore, to preserve the culture of the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska, the Crown does decree the following;

  • All constructions outside of the city of Reza that do not have the approval of the Crown are to cease immediately.

    • Any finished projects approved by Tiberius shall maintain their approval, so long as written proof of this approval is provided.

  • All planned projects are to be brought forth to the Crown for approval before construction.

  • This Decree applies to all landed nobility and gentry of the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska.

  • Only the Crown has the right to bestow upon its subjects the privilege of holding lands within the de-jure realm of the Kingdom. Doubly so outside of the Crownlands.

  • Anyone found in violation of this decree shall be issued a fine to be decided by the Crown depending on the severity of the infraction.

IV JOVEO MAAN,

His Excellency, Grand Prince Otto Sigmar, Lord Regent of Hanseti-Ruska, Grand Prince of Muldav

Ander looks in surprise, pondering over the logistics of such a decree. “Wait.. But I’m the only commissioned architect outside the royal city.. And how are they aware of such commissions? Ander thinks further, finding it odd, perhaps its some form of black magic “Only the Baruchs have started construction on their keep..” Ander unlocks his locked ledger, going through the pages as all the currently unfinished designs have yet to be disturbed. “How are they also aware of such commissions? These were done behind closed doors and sworn to secrecy.. Interesting black magic must be a thing I guess!” Smirks as he looks upon the decree “Such an honor to have an entire royal family aim their distaste towards me, How they gathered this information seems impossible but nevertheless they have it. What did I ever do to them? I never actually spoke to these royals.. How ever so curious..” Ander then begins back on his way, checking on his fox cub “Riley” which lay curled up in his satchel.
