For progress and for health, it is up to us as citizens of the blessed Silver State to keep a watchful eye, prevent unlawful activity and set a good example to our lliran. To ensure knowledge, an exemplary standard of detection and investigation, and overall safety, the organisation of Elsulii’vira shall be formed.

Duties and Contact

Elsulii’vira acts as a network of information, gathering intel and utilising such to prevent crime from happening - or, in the case of already committed crime, to detect and apprehend the perpetrator. They must listen, watch and report. Collectively, this shall allow a broader view and wider scope of info, ensuring Elcihi is fully aware of all and therefore able to keep order and deter, as well as detect, unlawful activity.

Structure and Authority

Within Elsulii’vira, there are various roles that one may take. If one notices something of suspicion to report upon that doesn’t require immediate Sillumiran intervention or requires further investigation, they are advised to contact Elokarir’tir, or one of our representative Suliian.
All Suliian are to report back to their assigned representative Suliian, who in turn are to report directly to Elokarir’tir. These reports are then filed and organised by Elsillumiran Secretaries, for reference and use when needed.
In case of a particularly sensitive report, it would be advised that one contacts Elokarir’tir directly to arrange a meeting for discussion.
