An Act to establish the building, maintaining, and operation of railroads within the Empire.

 

 

INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this act is to establish both the organizational structure, and the concrete implementation of a network of railroads throughout the Empire.

 

 

SECTION I:

The Provisions for the Railroad.

 

  1. The Office of the Ministry of the Interior shall supply both;

    1. IRON From the Imperial Reserves for raw construction.

    2. MARKS From the Imperial Treasury for payment.

    3. LAND GRANTS to permit the construction of the network across the holdings of the Empire.
