“To the people of Arcas, you are all hereby invited to attend the Courlandic ball. The theme of the evening will be royalty. It will be a chance for peasants, commoners and even nobles to dress like a King or Queen for a night. Circlets and tiaras will be allowed just for this night, though not crowns unless you are a foreign King or Queen.

 

The best costume shall receive a sum of 500 minas!

 

Please read up on the proper court etiquette on our Kingdom before you arrive.”

Take the warp from CT to Sutica and take the road on your right and follow from there. Then you keep on walking until you see a road with the sign “Courland” on. Follow that road until you see a city.
