Dear Evan,

I had high hopes for you since you were an infant. I raised you the best I could and I encouraged you to strive in life. I did not know how dark you would fall. Assaulting your sister, friends and people you proclaim as “Women of the Night”, none of it is acceptable. I gave upon you my last name, my father's name and his fathers before that. This name, Komnenos, has existed since the Empire of Man and it personally pains me to see how great it has fallen since your birth. It is for the reason I, Alexios Komnenos, chose to disown you. No longer shall you, or any of your children, bear the right to hold the Komnenos name or any names akin. I wish you good fortune in the years to come, Evan.

Signed, Patriarch of the Komnenos Family, Alexios Komnenos

As Annabelle Kelmenour read through the missive, she'd raise a brow in slight surprise. She'd hum a small "Hm..." as she folded the letter up and stored it in a box and placed it on her bookshelf. The elfess brushed off her hands and straightened out her dress as she quietly uttered "Well would you look at that". She then went back to redecorating her home, wanting a new change of scenery along with the changes of her own life.

Archie Castelo quickly glances through the missive, him sighing. "Put 'randpa's name to s'ame, cousin. 'ope ya learn w'at's rig't 'n' wron' in t'e future, or losin' t'e family name ain't 'oin' to be the worst t'in' to come." He shakes his head, him showing a small smile as he hands the missive to Petrysa, whom was sitting next to him. "Look at t'is!" He gave a light chuckle. "'e finally 'ot w'at's comin' to 'em. 'ope 'e learns 'is lesson, aye?"

Aleksei Orlov reads over the missive as amusement danced in his eyes. "I can not say this comes a surprise. Ironic how he told me his witnesses who could vouch for him were the very people who disowned him..." With that the Chief Commissioner turned back to his work.

Sergei Othaman would read the letter before sitting it down on his desk to stroke his beard" For shame Evan, For Shame If the ve could straighten vy out godan's knov vy pader could. Feel Sorry for Alexios, he is a good man and I share his Greif for having a boy trudge his good name through the dirt."

Petrysa Ludovar leaned over and read the missive that was shown to her. "Da, although it's a bit of a surprise."  She nodded, leaning back to where she sat.

"I am growing too old for this.." Distastefully so, a politician of the Empire, in days of yore, only just managed in words, through a sporadic bout of wheezes, thus bringing a single hand at his gum, in rubbing it gently.

A letter would be penned back around five years later. "My Former Father, I never assualted my sister Eve I love her as much as you. I never assualted any of our friends and I didn't assault this woman you allege. The Court system dismissed that case and I would like to be forgiven as I was lost upon this time for words but I have found the words recently." - Evan K. Beckett.
