Hyspia a small nation in the wildlands has suffered one of it's greatest tragedies, the death of the first king, Cesar Rivera.  At the hands of the traitor Pedro Gonzalez, there is now a bounty for 5000 Mina for Pedro Gonzalez, for full payment Pedro must be alive, if Pedro's head is delivered then there will be a payment of 4500 mina.
