The Business Competition Act

 

 

Year 23 of the Second Age, 5th of Malin’s Welcome.

 

The Business Competition Act is meant to breed competition between varying businesses within Yong Ping and provide incentive to expand, grow and add to your wares.

 

---

 

一。 An act set as a form of friendly competition for businesses within Yong Ping. Once an Elven month, an outstanding business will be chosen to be represented by the Ministry of Interior via an Elven week of waived taxes, an specifically constructed advertisement and one chosen item showcased in the Government shop.

 

二。This will be done each Elven month, the various businesses and its attributes noted down to come to a decision. Though, citizens of Yong Ping can choose to put forward a business for nomination, which will be considered further.

 

三。You cannot nominate your own business as that’ll get you disqualified. Though, advertisements, sales and other general marketing techniques are welcomed and encouraged.

 

四。This act is meant to promote the expansion and variation of businesses in Yong Ping and to reward those who’re innovative and inventive. 

 

五。This act will come into effect immediately upon the City-State of Yong Ping’s expansion into nationhood.
