The Assailant: 

Ex-High Keeper of Norland, Alisa Camian

 

The Wrong:

 Following a mutually agreed upon duel between Fhaertala and an elf, whereas Fhaertala won, the then-High Keeper of Norland ordered a child to gouge the eyes out of Fhaertala, then threatening to kill her if the elf she dueled died. Not too long afterwards, the then-High Keeper proceeded to brand the Ireheart a murderer despite the elf surviving.

The ex-High Keeper, Alisa Camian, be branded with the Ireheart Dragon banner.
