Juli 1341 Share Posted June 15, 2021 SUMMONS TO APPEAR BEFORE THE AULIC COURT KRUSAE ZWY KONGZEM This Summons, issued on 5th Joma and Umund, 377 ES by the Crown and represented by High Justiciar, Tatiana Vilac, Compels the Aulic Court to call upon Oleg to appear before it and answer the following charges: 427.01: If an individual or group is convicted of attempting to commit a crime, they shall be issued a punishment equal to the punishment deserving of the actual crime committed. 405.01: The crime of forcibly abducting and constraining another shall constitute a severe offence. Arisen from these circumstances: Her Royal Majesty, Annika of Astfield, was holding Mathea Ruthern, daughter of Lord Ailred Ruthern and Princess Fenika Ruthern, while sitting in the square of Karosgrad with Jordan Applebottom at her side. Oleg approached the Koenas asking for spare change to which she answered saying she did not have any. Oleg then attempted to steal the infant Ruthern out of the Koenas’s arms, but the Koenas managed to fend off the attempted snatching.
